Since the beginning we have been machining metal parts and producing metal ware.
In 1997 we bought our first press machine and we started to produce thermo-setting and thermo-plastic products.
In 1999, after buying several machines we began to produce tools. We started injection molding in 2001.
Production of own developed glass fiber reinforced polyester enclosures made of high quality SMC material.

It’s a type of duro-plastic processing.
With vacuum forming we can produce foils and plates. The material needs to be warmed up to the working temperature, then by using vaccum the material is pulled onto the mould then it is cooled down.
There is a two step process:
Negative process: The foil is pulled into the negative form of the mould.
Positive process: The warmed up foild is pushed into the positive form of the mould
.
The recycling is done with environment friendly technology, the essential process is sorting, comminution, grinding and regranulation.
